About SensAsia

SensAsia is the signature pan-Asian restaurant of the Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort and the most-recommended fine-dining room in the emirate. The kitchen runs four distinct cooking lines — Japanese (sushi, sashimi, robata), Thai, Chinese, and Indonesian — under a single executive chef who trained across Bangkok, Singapore, and Tokyo. It is the Fujairah answer when the brief is 'hotel-level pan-Asian at near-Dubai standard'.

The dining room is a two-storey teak-and-stone pavilion overlooking the Miramar pool and the Gulf of Oman. Capacity is about 120 across an indoor dining hall, an outdoor terrace, a sushi counter for eight, and a private dining room for twelve. Signatures include the Wagyu sushi roll, the Phuket-style whole steamed sea bass, the Peking duck service (available by 24-hour advance order), and a chef's tasting menu that rotates monthly.

The wine list is deep for a Fujairah resort — Bordeaux, Burgundy, a strong Californian sleeve, and a full Japanese sake programme. Sommelier-led pairings are available for groups of four or more. The bar runs Asian-pivoted cocktails: the yuzu old-fashioned, the lemongrass martini, and a spicy sake-based negroni variation that is the house signature.

Service is hotel-international at a consistent Dubai-mid-tier level — the brigade mostly trained in Dubai before rotating to the quieter Fujairah posting. Reservations are 48 hours ahead for dinner; the Friday brunch (12.30–4 PM) books out two weeks ahead and is the most-booked single sitting in the emirate.

Why It's Perfect for Close a Deal

SensAsia is Fujairah's close-a-deal answer for the delegation or counterparty arriving from Dubai. The private dining room (twelve seats, dedicated server, sound-isolated) is the negotiation book; the sushi counter (eight seats, direct chef engagement) is the impress-clients variation. For a first date that wants hotel polish without the formality of a resort ballroom, the outdoor terrace two-top is the quiet pick.
