Signatures include a Polynesian-tuna sashimi platter; a Polynesian-style hamburger with grilled mahi-mahi; a slow-cooked Polynesian-coconut chicken; a Polynesian poisson cru (raw-fish ceviche with coconut milk); the famous 'mango sticky rice' for the dessert course.
