The Capital Grille at 180 University Town Center Drive is the city's polished power-steak room, dry-aging its beef in house since the chain's 1990 founding. The dry-aged sirloin and the lobster mac and cheese are the markers; a meal runs $80 to $150 a head. Monday is open from 11:30 for lunch straight through dinner. The clubby room and the deep wine list make it the Monday pick for a business dinner or a celebration that wants weight.
