Simon Kim's COTE holds a Michelin star in the Florida guide and remains the Design District's hardest table, a Korean steakhouse at 3900 NE 2nd Avenue where every seat has a smokeless grill. The Butcher's Feast, a fixed run of four cuts with the banchan and the stew, is the order, and a full dinner lands around $100 to $160 a head. It opens Monday for lunch and again from five to eleven, so a Monday booking is the easiest week-night way into a room that sells out its weekends.
