Chef Felipe Riccio and the Goodnight Hospitality team rewrite the menu every season around a single Mediterranean region, currently a seven-course Spanish menu at $230, and shut the restaurant down completely twice a year to do it. Mediterranean cooking is vegetable-led to begin with, so the kitchen builds a serious vegetarian version of the tasting when you ask, with cheese, olive oil and pulses doing the work meat does elsewhere. It earned a Michelin star in the inaugural 2024 Texas guide and held it in 2025. Note vegetarian when you book on Resy so the kitchen can plan the whole arc.
