Toldboden opened in 2014 — a serious New Nordic dining room inside a converted Nordhavn customs warehouse, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Inner Harbour. The format is intentionally industrial-modern.
Eater Copenhagen has held Toldboden on its top-Nordhavn rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The menu runs modern-Danish with seasonal-rotating preparations. The brunch buffet is one of Copenhagen's most-considered weekend services.
Wine programme is natural and small-producer. Cocktails are short.
