Henshin. The Westin's rooftop is genuinely open across the 67th to 69th floors, but it leans bar and lounge more than a seated celebration room, with the view doing most of the work. SKYE is the better-executed rooftop dinner for 2026, so save Henshin for drinks.
Union. The all-day brasserie chain is beloved for its cakes and cocktails, but it is a casual everyday room across eleven outlets, not a special-occasion dinner. Fine for a casual cake-and-coffee birthday, wrong for the milestone meal this list is after.
