Salon39 opened on Vodroffsvej in 2009 — a chef-driven modern-Nordic dining room dedicated to the proposition that Frederiksberg needed a serious neighbourhood-fine-dining destination. Sixteen years later the room is one of the neighbourhood's most-enduring institutions.
Eater Copenhagen has held Salon39 on its top-Frederiksberg rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The menu runs modern-Nordic. The seasonal-rotating preparations, the wood-grilled secondi, the chef's tasting handle the menu's wider draws.
