Lille Bakery opened on Refshaleøen in 2018 — a chef-driven bakery-cafe inside a converted shipyard warehouse on the same Refshaleøen island as Noma. The format is intentionally industrial-Nordic.
Eater Copenhagen has held Lille Bakery on its top-Refshaleøen rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The sourdough programme runs the day. The seasonal-rotating bakery-bistro preparations handle the menu's wider draws. The Friday-Saturday chef's evening service runs a serious tasting menu.
