Cofoco opened on Abel Cathrines Gade in 2004 — the founding restaurant of what would become Copenhagen's largest restaurant group (Höst, Vækst, Famo, Llama, Spuntino, etc.). Twenty-one years later Cofoco remains the working argument for what casual-Nordic-fine-dining can mean at scale.
Eater Copenhagen has held Cofoco on its top-Vesterbro rankings every year of operation.
The Food
