The Room
Salsa Verde occupies a generous garden courtyard on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak. Coconut palms overhead, candlelight on every table, a wood-fired pizza oven against the back wall, and the kind of atmospheric Italian-garden setting Bali specialises in. The dining room seats 100 across the garden and a covered patio for rainy-season evenings.
Service is warm and well-paced. Booking one week ahead is sufficient outside peak season; the wood-oven-side tables are the seats to request.
The Food
The kitchen runs Italian classics with serious hand-cut pasta and a wood-fired pizza programme. Signature dishes include the cacio e pepe, the seasonal mushroom pasta, the wood-fired Margherita, and the seasonal whole-fish Sicilian preparation.
Wine programme is Italian-led with a Tuscan and Piedmontese bench plus a small Italian-natural section. Cocktails before the meal are aperitivi-led (Negroni, Aperol Spritz, Campari programme).

Proposal: The garden two-top under the coconut palms at sunset is one of Petitenget's most-photographed proposal seats.
