The restaurant's central appeal is the dual format: comfortable mid-range Uyghur-cuisine dining alongside traditional Xinjiang dance performances during dinner that give the meal a properly cultural-set-piece atmosphere.
The nine signature dishes are the kitchen's most-cited menu items. Big Plate Chicken (¥85) — the Xinjiang regional one-platter signature. Xinjiang Whole Lamb Roast (¥280 for sharing). Hand-Pulled Laghman (¥38) — the regional noodle dish. Uyghur Polo (¥35) — the regional rice-and-lamb pilaf. Xinjiang Lamb Kebab Plate (¥10 per skewer). The performance schedule is published weekly and reservations for performance-evening tables matter (one week ahead). The dance-and-dinner format runs ¥150-250 per person.
The room is comfortable Uyghur-restaurant style with cultural-performance arrangement. One hundred seats across two floors with the central performance stage visible from most tables, Uyghur-traditional decorative architectural touches. Walk-ins always work outside performance evenings; cards are accepted; the staff speak Uyghur, Mandarin, and English.
