About Magnolia

Magnolia Restaurant & Wine Bar is the dining room of Miramar Resort — a small boutique resort on Turtle Cove, the central western harbour quarter — and is Providenciales's most reliable wine-and-dining institution. The restaurant runs as a chef-driven contemporary Caribbean-American fusion programme.

The cuisine is contemporary Caribbean-American. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster cocktail; a slow-cooked Caribbean goat with American-southern barbecue; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper; a hand-cut Caribbean tuna tartare; the famous 'key lime pie' for the dessert course.

The wine list is the deepest cellar on Providenciales — 600 references with serious Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne and Italian coverage. The wine-bar format runs a generous twelve-glass by-the-glass programme.

The dining room and outdoor terrace together hold seventy-two covers.

Why It's Perfect for Close a Deal

Magnolia is the close-a-deal room in Turks and Caicos — the deepest wine cellar on the island settles any wine-led conversation, the boutique-resort setting is conducive to quiet conversation, and the kitchen runs at a friendly mid-tier register.
