Las Brisas Restaurant is the chef-driven Caribbean-Mediterranean fusion dining room at Neptune Villas — on the scenic Chalk Sound lagoon, the western turquoise lagoon known for its 200-plus tiny limestone outcrops — and is one of Providenciales's most photographed dining settings. The restaurant offers Caribbean Mediterranean fusion dining for lunch and dinner.

Diners take in the stunning shades of the dazzling waters of Chalk Sound and dine on the spacious deck within the picturesque gazebo or in the open-air dining room. The menu features tapas and Mediterranean cuisine with a Caribbean twist. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster paella; a hand-rolled tagliolino with Caribbean shrimp; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper with samphire; a slow-cooked Caribbean goat tagine; a Spanish-style 'gambas al ajillo' with Caribbean prawns; the famous 'crema catalana' for the dessert course.
