Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman run the most serious chef-owned tasting room in central Stockholm, and in 2026 the kitchen holds a Michelin star. The format is unusual: five courses, cooked largely over open flames, with guests choosing their own dishes after the opening snacks, around 3,000 SEK a head. It opens Monday for dinner, six in the evening until one, and closes instead on Sunday. Because it rests Sunday rather than Monday, a Monday is one of the easier nights to land the city's most coveted starred seat. Book the tasting for an occasion.
