Geoffrey Zakarian, the chef and television personality, opens his first new restaurant in nearly a decade as the flagship of The Central, a mixed-use destination in St. Petersburg's EDGE District. Zakarian Hospitality will run all food and beverage at the property, from the flagship to a rooftop pool bar and jazz lounge.
It is among the most anticipated US openings of 2027 and a marquee arrival for Florida's fast-growing Gulf Coast dining scene.
