Nok Suntaranon, who won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic in 2023, cooks Southern Thai food from her grandmother's recipes in a large Fishtown room. The crab curry and the kua kling run about $60 to $100 a head. It opens Monday from five, one of the best Monday dinners in the city, and reservations open about a month out.
