The cooking centres on Northern Thai (Lanna) staples. Khao soi — the curried-coconut noodle soup that defines the region — is among the most balanced versions in town, with a house curry paste toasted daily and the distinctive crispy noodle topping fried to order. Nam prik ong, the northern tomato-and-pork chilli dip, is served with seasonal steamed vegetables and sticky rice. Sai oua — the coiled Chiang Mai sausage — is house-made.
