The Room

Stofa opened in 2018 on Wellington Street West in Hintonburg. Jason Sawision — formerly of Atelier and Town — runs the kitchen as a small open-counter project. The dining room seats 40; the bar is walk-in.

Service is small-team and floor-warm.

The Food

The chef's tasting at $95 rotates monthly. Sawision works directly with Ottawa Valley producers.
