The Room
North & Navy opened in 2014 on Nepean Street. Adam Vettorel runs the kitchen as a Veneto-rooted Northern-Italian project. The dining room seats 65; the booking window is one to two weeks.
Service is small-team and warm.
The Food
The kitchen runs handmade pasta (cassoncini, casunziei, gnocchi), Veneto-style risotti, and seasonal mains. Wine programme is Italian-led with serious Veneto and Friuli benches.
