Manish Mehrotra, the chef who redefined modern Indian cooking at Indian Accent, opens Nisaba in Delhi as his new flagship after stepping back from the Indian Accent group. Named for the Mesopotamian goddess of grain, it is Mehrotra's most personal project to date.
Given Mehrotra's influence on a generation of Indian chefs, Nisaba is the most anticipated Indian opening of 2026 and an early contender for the country's restaurant lists.
