About The Firefly
The Firefly Mustique is the second hotel on the island — a five-suite boutique property in the Lovell Village hillside, opened in the 1990s as the most discreet alternative to The Cotton House — and is the island's most architecturally distinctive small-hotel dining room. The dining room and outdoor terrace sit at 60 metres above sea level with a 270-degree view of the surrounding Grenadines.
The cuisine is contemporary Caribbean hotel dining. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster bisque; a slow-cooked Caribbean goat curry; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper; a hand-cut Caribbean tuna tartare; the famous 'rum-and-coconut chocolate cake' for the dessert course.
The wine list runs to 200 references with deep French Champagne coverage. The cocktail bar runs a serious Caribbean-rum programme.
The dining room and hillside terrace together hold thirty-six covers.
Why It's Perfect for Impress Clients
The Firefly is the impress-the-client room in Mustique when the brief is discretion. The five-suite scale means total privacy, the 270-degree Grenadines view is the conversation, and the boutique-hotel pedigree is genuinely distinctive against The Cotton House. Book the corner four-top on the western edge of the terrace at sunset.
