The format is consistent across the brand: a resident DJ from 8pm, a lounge-and-dining hybrid layout, and a menu built around smaller-than-standard-steakhouse portions designed to let tables order and share across the grill selection.
The kitchen runs USDA Prime steaks in 6oz, 8oz, and 12oz sizes — unusual for a high-end steakhouse — plus a strong reputation for the lil' BRGs sliders, the parmesan truffle fries, and the seafood tower. Steaks run $55-120, and the bar leans heavily into champagne and large-format cocktails.
By 10pm the DJ has overtaken the dining experience and the rooms shift into a late-night energy closer to a lounge than a restaurant. For birthdays and group dinners this progression is a feature; for quiet business conversation it is exactly the wrong fit after the first hour.
