The first Bulgari Hotel in the United States will open in Miami Beach with a restaurant from three-Michelin-star chef Niko Romito, who oversees the dining at Bulgari hotels worldwide from his benchmark Reale in Abruzzo. The menu will translate Romito's distilled, precise Italian cooking to Florida.
With Bulgari's US debut behind it and Romito's three-star pedigree, the restaurant is one of the most anticipated luxury-hotel openings of 2027.
