KARYU marks the US debut of Tokyo's Michelin-starred Oniku Karyu, a wagyu-and-charcoal specialist, opening in Miami's Design District. The room brings Tokyo's precise approach to Japanese grilled beef to a city in the middle of a fine-dining boom.
As one of the few Tokyo Michelin imports to land in Miami, KARYU is among the most significant openings of the 2025–26 Florida season.
