Bay View Lounge sits on the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay's 50th floor — directly adjacent to CUT by Wolfgang Puck — and shares the same panoramic Bahrain Bay and Saudi-causeway views from a series of low-slung banquettes and small marble tables that face the floor-to-ceiling glass. The room runs as a proper cocktail lounge (no full mains; small-plate service only) and is the highest dining elevation in Bahrain.

The cocktail program is the city's most considered. The bar program lead trained at the American Bar at the Savoy in London and at Atlas in Singapore; the menu rotates seasonally but always anchors on the brand's reference cocktails — a serious champagne-and-aperitif program, a small-batch whisky list (40 references, including Japanese and Indian whiskies), and a non-alcoholic mocktail program for guests observing dietary or religious restrictions.
