The dish exists nowhere else in India in this exact form, and Konar Mess remains the reference. The restaurant also serves a wider Madurai-style Tamil mutton menu.
The signature is the Kari Dosa at ₹160 — two thin dosas griddled to order, an omelette spread between them, a generous portion of ground mutton (cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, and a Madurai mutton masala) layered between, served with a small portion of coconut chutney and sambar. The premium Mutton Curry-and-Parotta Set runs ₹220 and pairs the curry with the layered Madurai parotta flatbread.
