Daniel Boulud returns to London after a five-year absence with Café Boulud, the all-day French room at the new Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch. Boulud, who holds Michelin stars across New York, Singapore and the Middle East, frames it as an informal counterpart to his fine-dining rooms, French at its heart with his signature burger on the menu and sweeping views over the city.
It is one of the most anticipated London openings of 2026, both for Boulud's return and for the landmark setting inside the restored Admiralty Arch. The same hotel will house Coreus by Smyth from Clare Smyth, making the building a rare double debut from two of the most decorated chefs working today.
