About Bonefish
Bonefish Seafood Restaurant allows you to dine al fresco right on the water at Port Denarau Marina — founded by the folks who created Chefs and Saffron in Nadi, with some of the best seafood in town. The restaurant runs as the canonical Denarau-marina-front waterfront dining experience.
The cuisine is contemporary Pacific seafood. Signatures include a Fijian-tuna sashimi platter; a slow-cooked Fijian green-tailed lobster; a wood-fired Fijian mahi-mahi; a Fijian-coconut chowder; the famous 'mango pavlova' for the dessert course.
The wine list runs to 300 references with deep Australian, New Zealand and French Champagne coverage.
The dining room and marina-front terrace together hold ninety-six covers.

Bonefish is the easy first-date room on Denarau — quieter than Sofitel Oceanfront Grill, less formal than the resort restaurants, and the marina-front waterfront setting is conversation-worthy. Book the corner two-top closest to the water at sunset.
