The Room
The Cofoco group opened Vækst in Indre By in 2014 — a glass-walled botanical greenhouse-restaurant dedicated to a vegetable-led New Nordic programme. The dining room is one of Copenhagen's most-cinematic settings.
Eater Copenhagen has held Vækst on its top-twenty rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The three-course menu at 425 DKK runs the seasonal-vegetable opening, the seasonal-protein course, the rotating dessert. The vegetable-led programme is the menu's centre.
Wine programme is natural and small-producer Nordic. Cocktails are short.
