Rosio Sanchez opened Sanchez on Istedgade in 2017 — the modern-Mexican fine-dining sister to Hija de Sanchez. The format is intentionally tasting-only at 750 DKK per person.

The Food
The tasting menu runs the seasonal-rotating Mexican preparations through Noma-trained discipline. The masa programme is in-house. The mole-and-Mexican-seafood preparations handle the menu's centre.
