Bo Lindegaard opened Marv & Ben on Snaregade in 2010 — a chef-driven modern-Danish dining room dedicated to a casual-fine-dining register. The dining room is intentionally tiny.
Eater Copenhagen has held Marv & Ben on its top-Indre-By rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The menu runs modern-Danish New Nordic. The seasonal-rotating preparations, the chef's tasting at 595 DKK handle the menu's wider draws.
Wine programme is natural and small-producer. Cocktails are short.
