The Room
Pinti opened in Belgrano in 2002 — Federico Pinti's serious Italian restaurant. Twenty-three years later the room is one of Belgrano's reliable serious-Italian destinations.
The dining room is intentionally trattoria-warm — white linens, an open pasta station, the wine library visible from every table.
The Food
The kitchen runs an in-house pasta programme — hand-rolled tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli, the seasonal-rotating Italian preparations.
Wine programme is Italian and Argentine. Cocktails are aperitivi-led.
