The Room

Tomás Kalika opened Mishiguene in Palermo Chico in 2014 — the only credible serious-Jewish-fine-dining destination in Latin America. The James Beard Foundation has shortlisted Kalika multiple years. Mishiguene has held the World's 50 Best Latin America designation.

The dining room is intentionally warm-Mediterranean.

The Food

The menu draws from Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions through Argentine product. The pastrami, the seasonal-rotating preparations, the chef's tasting at AR$ 75,000 handle the menu's wider draws.

Wine programme is Argentine and Mediterranean. Cocktails are aperitivi-led.
