The Room
Anchoíta opened in Chacarita in 2018 — a chef-driven modern-Argentine dining room with a serious seasonal kitchen and an in-house pasta-and-charcuterie programme. Eater Buenos Aires has held Anchoíta on its top-twenty rankings every year of operation.
The dining room is intentionally industrial-chic: exposed brick, a long bar, an open kitchen at the back.
The Food
The tasting menu rotates with the seasonal harvest. The hand-rolled pasta programme, the in-house charcuterie, the wood-grilled secondi handle the menu's wider draws.
Wine programme is heavily Argentine — Mendoza and Patagonia producers. Cocktails are short and considered.
