The Room
Aldo's opened in Monserrat in 2010 inside the Moreno Hotel — Aldo Graziani running a serious Italian-Argentine wine-restaurant with a 1,500-bottle Argentine programme. Fifteen years later the room is one of Buenos Aires's most-considered serious-wine destinations.
The dining room is intentionally warm: exposed brick, a long bar, low lighting, the wine library visible from every table.
The Food
The menu runs Italian-Argentine: in-house pasta, wood-grilled secondi, the seasonal-rotating preparations.
Wine programme is the room's wider draw — 1,500 Argentine and Italian bottles. Sommelier-led pairing menu at AR$ 60,000 per person.
