About La Rotonde des Trésoms

La Rotonde des Trésoms is the gourmet restaurant of the Hôtel Les Trésoms, a four-star Lake & Spa Resort set on the wooded slopes above Annecy's old town. The restaurant's signature is the glass rotunda — a fully-glazed dining conservatory that overlooks the lake from a 100-metre elevation above the water. Chef Eric Prowalski earned the restaurant its Michelin star in 2019 and retained it through the 2026 Guide.

Prowalski is from south-western France but has cooked in Haute-Savoie for a decade, and his menu is a conversation between the two traditions: a confit duck leg with Annecy lake weed and lemon; a foie gras with Beaufort cheese and honey; a signature lake féra with Bordelaise butter. The format is a choice between two tasting menus (four or six courses) and a short à la carte at lunch.

The rotunda dining room seats 52 — mid-sized for Annecy — and is the only room on the lake where every table has a 180-degree view. Service is led by maître Philippe Guillot, and the wine list is a well-chosen 400 labels with particular depth in Savoie and the Rhône. The attached hotel (50 rooms, a spa, a heated pool, and a private beach on the lake) makes the restaurant a convenient destination stop for visitors.

Lunch menu is €85 for three courses; dinner tasting is €130 for four courses or €180 for six. Wine pairings are +€75. The panoramic view is the same at lunch and dinner, but the late-afternoon light hitting the lake from the terrace is the photo most diners remember.
