Hili Majlis is the all-day-dining international-buffet restaurant inside the Hili Rayhaan by Rotana — the Garden-City largest hotel-buffet operation that has held the team-dinner-and-family-celebration reputation since the property opened in 2015. The restaurant occupies the hotel's signature all-day-dining hall, with the central live-cooking-station array (the carving-station, the wok-station, the tandoor-station, the pasta-station, the dessert-station), the Sunday-Friday brunch programme, and the daily international-themed evening buffets.
The menu rotates by evening theme. The Tuesday Asian-night runs the wok-station Chinese-Thai-Vietnamese spread; the Wednesday Mediterranean-night runs the Lebanese-Greek-Italian-Turkish; the Thursday seafood-night runs the whole-grilled-fish-and-shellfish spread; the Friday Brunch runs the all-international-cuisines combined-spread; the Saturday family-night runs the kid-friendly-international format. The standard buffet pricing runs AED 145-225 ($40-60) per person depending on the evening theme; the Friday Brunch runs AED 345-445 ($95-120) per person.
