About Chambao

Chambao sits on the beach side of the Tulum hotel zone, at kilometre 7 of the Boca Paila road. It is a steakhouse-and-seafood room from Grupo Rosa Negra, the hospitality group behind Tulum's RosaNegra, with sister Chambao rooms in Madrid, Mexico City, Cancún and Los Cabos.

The concept is spectacle: premium beef by the Caribbean, served with the table-side fire and music the group is known for. It is less about a single chef's tasting menu than a produced evening, which is why it lands as a celebration venue rather than a quiet dinner.
