Emmas Drømmekjøkken is Tromsø’s most celebrated fine dining restaurant — chic, approachable, and focused on the seasonal food of Arctic Norway. Located across from Tromsø Cathedral, Emma’s Dream Kitchen offers tasting menus of five, eight, or ten dishes built around the finest produce from the Arctic landscape and surrounding waters.
The cooking applies modern Nordic technique to the Arctic Norwegian ingredient vocabulary: reindeer from the Sami herding traditions of the Troms region, Arctic char from mountain lakes, king crab from the Barents Sea, cloudberries from the summer tundra, and extraordinary seaweeds and shellfish of the northern coast.
