The kitchen specialises in Shirazi cuisine in casual format — kalam polo Shirazi as the standout dish, a wider Persian-classics menu, exceptional customer service that's noted by Tehran-Shiraz food press, and prices noticeably lower than the higher-end Sharzeh and Haftkhan alternatives.
The signature is the Shirazi Kalam Polo at $14 — a fragrant and flavourful rice dish cooked with cabbage and small meatballs, served with tender lamb on the side, the tahdig crispy rice base, and a small dish of mast-o-khiar yogurt dip. The Soofi version is slightly less aromatic than Sharzeh's (the kitchen uses a more straightforward herb mix) but the price-quality ratio is the city's clearest mid-range option for the dish.
