The Room
Six Seven opened with the Edgewater Hotel in 1962 — Seattle's only over-water dining destination, perched on Pier 67 with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. The hotel famously hosted the Beatles in 1964; sixty-three years later the dining room is one of Seattle's most-cinematic settings.
The Seattle Times has held Six Seven on its top-waterfront rankings every year of operation.
The Food
The Pacific Northwest seafood programme runs daily-rotating coho salmon, halibut, Dungeness crab. The seasonal-rotating Pacific bivalves and the wood-grilled whole-fish handle the menu's wider draws.
Wine programme tilts toward Pacific Northwest. Cocktails are classic-American. Service is informed and warm.
