The Villa @ Marigot Bay offers Indian and Creole fusion cuisine with a great view overlooking the bay — voted by James Michener as the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean — and is the most distinctive contemporary Caribbean fusion kitchen on the island. Each Monday evening features a special Indian menu offering a 4-course tasting menu.
The cuisine is contemporary Indian-Creole fusion. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster curry with Indian-Creole spices; a slow-cooked Caribbean lamb biryani; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper with Indian-Creole tandoori; a hand-rolled Indian-Caribbean naan with Saint-Lucian cocoa-spice; the famous 'mango kulfi' for the dessert course.
The wine list runs to 200 references with French Champagne and Caribbean-rum coverage.
The dining room and Marigot Bay terrace together hold seventy-two covers.
