The menu is Caribbean family seafood. Signatures include the famous 'fresh local fish of the day' from the Marigot Bay fleet; a Caribbean-lobster cocktail; a Caribbean-conch fritter platter; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper; a Caribbean 'pasta con bottarga' with Saint-Lucian seasoning; the famous 'rum cake' for the dessert course.
The wine list is short and entirely Caribbean — French Champagne, Caribbean rum, and a tightly chosen Italian section.
