About Jasmin
Jasmin Grill & Lounge is the flagship restaurant of the Royal-Riviera Hotel — the four-star superior property on avenue Jean Monnet, opened in 1904 and the second-oldest luxury hotel on the Cap-Ferrat peninsula after the Four Seasons Grand-Hôtel — and is the village's most highly-rated independent dining room (TheFork 9.6 / 10). The room runs a contemporary Mediterranean grill programme on a south-facing panoramic terrace.
Chef Bruno Le Bolch runs a wood-fired grill kitchen with a strong Mediterranean produce focus. Signatures include a wood-fired Mediterranean turbot with samphire and lemon confit; a slow-cooked Provençal lamb shoulder with rosemary and Niçoise olive oil; a Charolais tomahawk for the table; a hand-rolled Niçoise gnocchi with anchovy butter; the famous 'soupe de poisson Royal-Riviera' that the kitchen has refined since 1995.
The wine list runs to 500 references with a Provençal core — Bandol, Côtes-de-Provence, Bellet, Cassis — and a tightly chosen Champagne section. Sommelier Pascal Mahieu runs the floor and the by-the-glass programme runs a generous ten-glass Provençal flight. The cocktail bar at the front of the restaurant is genuinely interesting and runs a serious aperitif programme.
The dining room and terrace together hold ninety covers — forty in the indoor dining room, fifty on the south-facing terrace overlooking the peninsula's eastern shore. The summer terrace is one of the most photographed view-driven dining settings on the Riviera. Service is hotel-grade and family-run — the captains rotate from a year-round seasonal pool and the kitchen pacing is exact. Jasmin is the most reliable client-entertaining address on the Cap-Ferrat peninsula in the under-€200-per-person tier.
Why It's Perfect for Close a Deal
Jasmin is the close-a-deal room on the Cap-Ferrat peninsula — high volume, high-grade Mediterranean grill cooking, deep Provençal wine list, and the room's energy makes large-table dynamics easy. It is also the most reliable team-dinner room when a senior partner wants something less precious than the Four Seasons. Book the south-terrace eight-top by the eastern view; ask Pascal for the Bandol-vertical pairing.
