The Millèn is the fine-dining restaurant of the Rotterdam Marriott on Weena — the elevated avenue that runs through Rotterdam's reconstructed post-war city centre, a three-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal station. Chef-patron Wim Severein earned the Michelin star in 2018 and has held it continuously. Thirty-two covers in a bright, high-ceilinged room with an open pass.

The cuisine is modern European with strong emphasis on Dutch produce, sustainable sourcing, and technically precise plating. Signature courses include a smoked Dutch pike-perch with gribiche, a Jerusalem artichoke study with hazelnut and truffle, a Dutch lamb preparation with local herbs and aged pecorino. The wine programme runs close to eight hundred references with particular strengths in Burgundy, Loire, and Rheingau Riesling — the sommelier team is fluent in English, French, German, and Dutch.
