The Room
Spago Riyadh opened in 2024 inside the Address Riyadh Boulevard, the new Emaar-developed luxury hotel anchoring the Boulevard World entertainment district. Wolfgang Puck — the Beverly Hills original of Spago is one of America's most consistent fine-dining institutions — built the Riyadh outpost as the Middle East's first Spago location, with Puck's signature Cal-Italian playbook adapted for the Riyadh dining clientele.
The dining room is dressed in the modern-Spago register: brass detail, leather banquettes, an open-kitchen counter, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Boulevard's central plaza. The dining room seats 110 across the main floor and a private dining room. Service is brigade-American with Saudi floor warmth.
The Food
The kitchen runs Puck's Cal-Italian classics — smoked salmon pizza, the sweet-corn-and-cheese agnolotti, the Wagyu beef cap, the Wolfgang chocolate truffle bag. The Riyadh menu adds carefully chosen Saudi ingredients (date-glazed lamb, foraged saffron) without abandoning the Spago playbook.
Wine programme is non-alcoholic per Saudi regulation but the alcohol-free Spago programme has been thoughtfully built — sparkling teas, alcohol-free Champagne alternatives, and a serious mocktail programme.
Best Occasion Fit
Close a Deal: Spago Riyadh is the Boulevard World deal dinner for the agreement that requires the international-brand signal. Puck's name does the work the deal needs.
Impress Clients: International visitors recognise the Spago name without translation. The dinner translates the Boulevard World development for the visiting client.
Birthday: Birthdays at Spago carry the Wolfgang-Puck-hospitality register — a candle on the chocolate-truffle bag, a signed menu.
