Signature dishes include a braised beef cheek with polenta and red-wine reduction; tagliatelle ai funghi tartufi — handmade pasta with forest mushrooms and black truffle; a house-cured beef carpaccio with parmigiano and rocket; a pan-seared sea bass with saffron risotto; and a tiramisu that is reliably among the best in the region. The pizza programme is secondary to the pasta and meat courses — this is an Italian restaurant rather than a pizzeria — but the Margherita and marinara pies are well-executed.
