The Room
Légende opened in 2014 on rue Saint-Paul in Saint-Roch — the lower-town's modern district. The room is part of the Tanière group (Tanière³ next door) and runs the boreal-cuisine programme at a more accessible register. Inaugural Michelin Guide Quebec awarded one star in 2025.
The dining room seats 60. Service is brigade-Quebec, well-paced and floor-warm.
The Food
The kitchen runs a six-course tasting at $165 alongside an à la carte side. Boreal ingredients (Charlevoix lamb, sea buckthorn, balsam fir, fiddleheads) sit at the centre of every course. The pairing menu at $110 is the right way in.
