The Room
Battuto opened in 2018 on rue Saint-Vallier Est. The dining room is small (28 seats), the booking window is three to four weeks, and the kitchen runs handmade pasta and Italian-classical mains. Inaugural Michelin Guide Quebec 2025 awarded a Bib Gourmand.
Service is small-team and floor-warm.
The Food
The kitchen runs handmade pasta (cassoncini, gnocchi, agnolotti, casunziei) alongside seasonal mains. Wine programme is Italian-natural with serious Northern depth.
